We are an online marketplace connecting you with local farmers looking to sell meat direct. No sale yards, no wholesalers, just you, the farmer and the butcher.
We take a small comission from each sale to help run and grow our platform. This is typically LESS than a farmer already pays in the sale yards.
We want to change the game for farmers across Australia helping them get online, sell direct and make a fair profit for their hard work.

When buying meat in bulk direct from the farm its important to understand what you’re buying and how it’s different from buying at a supermarket.
There is incredible value to be found by purchasing in a “whole side” or “half side” of a cow or sheep. You get the best cuts at the lowest price, as well as a huge variety of different cuts you may not have ever used – but will grow to love as you expand your cooking skills and understanding.

Another factor to consider when buying in bulk is freezer space. We’ve made a quick and easy guide to help you choose what will fit.
Beef will freeze safely for up to 12 months, which is more than enough time for a family to eat and entire half side of beef.
We also find that some people will split a quarter of a cow between two families, cutting both the cost and freezer space needed in half!
If space is an issue, consider purchasing a side of Lamb or Pork, which is about the same as an eight of a cow!
