Mondees Bees

We are an urban micro beekeeping business in Adelaide, South Australia. Our hives are hosted in backyards and on land across the greater metropolitan area of Adelaide. Our honey is cold extracted in single origin batches, preserving the delicate flavour profile as well as all the goodness such as antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

We do not blend our honey, neither do we pasteurise it, so it will eventually crystalise – which is natures way of preserving this liquid gold and your proof that nothing has been added.  It can still be enjoyed in its crystallised state, as honey never ‘goes off’. To liquify it, simply stand the jar in a bowl of boiled water.  Microwaves are too harsh and will destroy the delicate balance of the product.
