Established in 1988, Pelvay Valley Farms is a multigenerational family farming business located in Wistow  just out of Mount Barker in the tranquil Adelaide Hills. After 30 years of farming Canadian Red Deer, and French Limousine Cattle, their son, Eric, has transformed the face of Pelvay Valley Farms to specialize in every popular Black Angas Beef.

At Pelvay Valley Farms, we believe that the journey to extraordinary flavor begins with the grass our cattle feed on. That’s why we spare no effort in providing them with the very best grazing experiences resulting in the most exquisite beef imaginable. We are thrilled to share we have recently re-sowed half of our paddocks, some with Lucerne, the king of all fodder known for its richness in protein and energy. Additionally, we have carefully introduced several species of Ryegrass and clover, enhancing the nutritional profile of our cattle’s diet.

In our pursuit of culinary excellence, we have embraced cutting-edge technology through our Artificial Insemination breeding program. This groundbreaking initiative focuses on selecting bulls with genetics boasting the highest intramuscular fat content, ensuring every bite of our beef bursts with unparalleled flavor and tenderness.

Furthermore, we are delighted to announce that we will soon be offering a limited number of Black Angus Cattle. These prized specimens, renowned for their exceptional quality, will graze our pastures in the coming months, providing an extraordinary opportunity for you to savor the pinnacle of beef indulgence.
