This is our premium quality lamb that is sold to butcher shops. Our lamb is a speciality mix of breeds that we find does well on our land and produces a consistently juicy, tender and high-quality end product. The lamb is grass fed to a certain weight and then goes onto a specialty pellet and hay mix to ensure a consistent end product for the consumer. We weigh our lambs weekly using low stress stock handling techniques to ensure a happy healthy lamb. They are then processed a short 20-minute drive from our farm before being delivered to The Gingin Butcher to be cut up, this is a low food miles product that is both good for the environment and your body.
