The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We understand there may be a time when you need to change or cancel your order.
Orders can be changed within 5 days (including weekends) from the date the order was placed.
Orders cancelled within 5 days (including weekends) from the date the order was placed will receive a full refund.
If the delivery address entered at checkout is incorrect, please email us at email@example.com, at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
We are not able to accept returns due to our products being a perishable item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for good reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, immediately after receiving or tasting your product.
We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution. Since we are not able to physically assess the product after delivery, we may ask that you provide photos.
Refunds will not be given after delivery has been made unless there is an extenuating circumstance specific to that delivery, in this unlikely event please email your concern to email@example.com, immediately after delivery.
In the event spoilage has occurred, as a result of the lamb not being refrigerated at < 5 degrees Celsius once delivered, you will not be refunded.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered at checkout. If you need to change a delivery address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
In the event an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the delivery date resulting in spoilage/damage, you will not be refunded.
If an incorrect address was provided, resulting in your order being dishonestly accepted at the incorrect address, you will not be refunded.
We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped, on the guaranteed delivery date.
Please ensure you will be at the provided address for the delivery of your lamb. We do not take responsibility for spoilt or damaged product if you are not able to accept it at the notified time, and/or have not left adequate instructions for delivery to ensure the refrigeration of the product.
We will make every attempt to update you on your scheduled delivery date and approximate time, if you cannot be at the delivery address at this time, please contact us immediately.
If lamb is delivered to you through a third party refrigerated courier, we will endeavour to ensure the product arrives on time and in good condition. We do not take reponsibility for damage or spoilage as a result of misconduct by the third party courier. If the product does not arrive to your satisfaction please notify Pandurra Grazing immediately, we will do our best to rectify the situation and of course your lamb. Lamb that is going to be in transit for more than 48 hours will be packed accordingly to maintain freshness on arrival, our recommendation is to freeze lamb on arrival.
We recommend consuming or freezing the fresh lamb within two days of the packed date. Failure to do so may result in spoilage, if spoilage occurs no compensation will be provided.
If there is an unforeseen issue with your order, we generally will not be able to offer another product until the next order run due to stock being processed to order, direct from their paddock in northern South Australia.
If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as practicable.
