Cuts are taken from carcasses which currently average 22-26kg, price is based on the 22kg minimum, if the lamb is heavier (which it often is), we do not charge you extra.

Prices quoted are estimates based on our product prices, the price advertised here includes Half A Cow and some transaction fees.

Weights are an estimate of the current stock and will vary based on your carcass and trim required, therefore, some weight will be lost throughout processing. You will receive all your lamb portion.

We aim for a high saleable meat yield due to the nature of a natural product there can be some weight variances.

The actual meat that you receive may differ from the photos shown here because being a natural product, every animal and cut is unique.
